Linda is a CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) she has been working and creating designs with balloons for over 4 years now, she is a member of BAPIA, a trade organization working to promote the balloon and party industry and the professionals within it.  BAPIA’s aim is to increase public awareness of the industry and the many uses for balloons and party products. BAPIA is also committed to promoting the benefits of using industry professionals.  Linda is fully covered by Public, Products and Employers Liability Insurance through BAPIA and is  also a member of the Qualatex Balloon Network
